LOVING DAY is when we come together as a community to celebrate the legacy of RICHARD & MILDRED LOVING – the interracial couple whose 1967 landmark civil rights lawsuit “Loving v. Virginia” ended all race-based legal restrictions on marriage in the United States. Please join us on Loving Day for family fun and the opening of MIXED MESSAGES.5, our annual group art exhibition about race, racism and the multiracial experience.
