No Longer Just a Name: Exquisite Corpse is a Corpse

Event: Feb 25, 2011

Apparently, Exquisite Corpse, the online “journal of letters and life” edited by Andrei Codrescu, stopped publishing things in January. I didn’t notice. A did a quick survey of friends who read literary journals and none of them had noticed, either. Maybe this phenomenon had something to do with the website’s demise. You can still access the site’s archives and I suggest you spend some time there.

Exquisite Corpse and I were born the same year. Now it’s dead and I’m alive. Rest in Peace fellow water pig.
