Please join us for NOLA Japanese Cinema Series – A new monthly film series co-presented by the Japan Society of New Orleans, Cafe Istanbul, Press Street, and Charitable Film Network.  

TAMPOPO by Jûzô Itami
A truck driver stops at a small family run noodle shop and decides to help their fledgling business. The story is intertwined with various vignette scenes on the theme of “the love of food.” Japanese with English subtitles. (114 minutes, 1985)  FREE Admission – Cash Bar.

Arrive early (6:30pm) and enjoy Japanese music videos.  Screening starts at 7:00pm.
